Reputation is increasingly being considered to be the most important asset of an organization. A good reputation can make the decisive difference between the success or failure of any organization. Reputation must also be handled among the stakeholders of a company, who must agree to the initiatives of the company. Managing perceptions is the base of reputation building. Where does ethical behavior fit into this frame? How do stakeholders perceive organizations and what they are doing to be more responsible?
