This implies integrating sustainability in different areas of the bank: risk mitigation, product and business development, employee education and engagement, resource efficiency and community investment.
Before she has worked for ABN AMRO head-office in Amsterdam, in the Sustainability Group Public Affairs, being involved in sustainability related research, climate change initiatives, as well as communication and awareness on these topics. Previously she has involved in the non-governmental sector for six years, in the area of youth leadership development, being part of the management team of AIESEC in Romania and AIESEC International between 2003 and 2006.
Georgeta is a graduate of the West University in Timisoara, Faculty of Economics, with a specialisation in Finance and Banking; she has also finished a master in European Economics and Finance at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
