Daniela Oancea - Coordinating Editor, Cariere Magazine

Daniela Oancea, 37, is a graduate from Bucharest University, the Journalism and Communication Sciences Department and started work as a reporter and then as a foreign desk editor of some of our most popular national newspapers, including Romania Libera and Evenimentul Zilei. She continued her work as an editor of various business to business magazines and also as a media expert in three EU/Phare /Sapard projects. At present she is the coordinating editor of Cariere magazine, where she currently writes about the values and beliefs that stand behind the leadership principles and organizational culture.
